As of now, Gary Danielson has not announced any plans to retire. He has been working as a commentator and analyst for CBS Sports for over a decade and continues to be a regular fixture in their college football and NFL coverage. Danielson was born on September 10, 1951, and is currently 70 years old. He played college football at Purdue University and then went on to have a brief career in the NFL before entering broadcasting. Given his continued involvement in sports broadcasting and his popularity among fans, it is unlikely that he will retire anytime soon.
